Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tunelo mobile application and website at tunelo.live (the "Service"), operated by Tunelo ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Tunelo. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tunelo.live if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• Free trial: New users may receive a one (1) month free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged.
• Plans & pricing: Tunelo offers Monthly (₹79), 6-Month (₹399), and Annual (₹799) plans. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may vary by region, taxes, and promotions.
• Billing: Subscriptions may be billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a supported payment provider (such as UPI), and are subject to their terms.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account or app settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant store or payment provider.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download (other than via the app's offline feature for personal use), redistribute, sell, or publicly perform content from the Service without authorization.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or technical limitations of the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

5. Artist Content & Rights

Independent artists who share music on Tunelo retain ownership of their work and grant Tunelo permission to host, stream, and promote it within the Service. Artists are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any music they submit. The Tunelo name, logo, app, and website are our property.

6. Offline Playback

The offline feature stores content on your device solely to let you listen without an internet connection. You may not extract, copy, or share this cached content. Cached content may become unavailable if content is removed from the Service.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Tunelo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and the available catalog may change.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunelo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Add specific jurisdiction/city for dispute resolution before launch.]
